WiFi Signals and Events

The TekiEazi WiFi management system provides analytics about the devices that are connected to the WiFi. The system checks on regular intervals which devices are connected to the WiFi and can provide information like:

• The name of the AP the device is connected to. This provides a good indication the location of the device.
• The signal strength of the device while connected to the WiFi system.
• WiFi connection information like SNR, Signal, Noise and CCQ. This valuable WiFi information is used by the WiFi Helpdesk team to troubleshoot and assist the user, when there are connectivity issues.

Monitoring and Tracking of Devices

The TekiEazi WiFi management system can locate a specific device on the property as it provides information about the AP and the device connected.  The device can be tracked while passing thru the property and the time spent at each location.

The information from the AP’s shows the number of connected devices and the approximate density of persons in a certain area during a specific time of the day

WIFI Dashboard

On the TekiEazi WiFi dashboard, the real time information regarding the WiFi system can be monitored. At a glance, information on bandwidth usage, number of connected users, APs and router status can be monitored.

WiFi Bandwidth Usage

Historical data regarding the bandwidth usage and number of connected users of the WiFi system can be displayed by day, week, month and year.
