WiFi Marketing

A TekiEazi WiFi portal with menu icons on one phone and a full-screen ad on another, headed WiFi Ads – Monetize Your WiFi

Turn guest WiFi into a marketing channel

Every guest who connects to your WiFi is a customer who is at your location and online. TekiEazi turns that connection into a marketing channel. Guests log in through your branded splash page, you learn about them and how they use the network, and you reach them with offers while they are still on your premises.

What you can collect

The TekiEazi analytics engine gathers data and stores it in your own cloud-based business portal. Depending on the login option you choose, this includes:

  • Email addresses, from the email login, with optional customized questions that capture demographic statistics.
  • Guest and device information, such as nationalities and the types of devices used, plus bandwidth usage and WiFi history per user.
  • Feedback and return visits, from the survey login, which can identify returning customers.

How you reach your guests

  • WiFi Ads: guests watch a video ad or view a promotion before they get free WiFi. Full-screen banner, text and in-app image ads are supported.
  • WiFi Coupons: show offers such as a free drink or 15% off, which guests can save or email to redeem in store.
  • WiFi Survey: ask guests how they rate your service and use the answers to improve it.
  • WiFi Notifications: tell guests about sales, opening hours and events.
  • WiFi Social: guests log in with Facebook and are sent on to your Facebook Page.
  • Email marketing to the addresses you collect.

Target the right audience

Access points can be grouped into zones, and each zone can show different advertising. An airport, for example, can show different ads in Arrivals, Departures and public areas. Grouping users also makes it possible to build advertising packages for different advertisers.

Measure what works

Ad clicks, impressions and analytics reports are available in real time from your brand account, and coupon campaigns come with live statistics on the coupons that were distributed. The WiFi dashboard and monitoring and analytics pages show what else you can track.

Where it works best
